Returns and Refund
Please get in touch if you're unhappy with your order, and we'll make it right. We hope you love your choices, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange it, we accept returns for whole-bean coffee only within 30 days of package receipt. Please let us know what you want to do through the Contact Us page, and we will handle the rest. Please send us an email before returning anything so that we have a chance to fix the problem first or exchange it for free.
Any kind of ground coffee is not eligible for return or exchange.
