This coffee is produced by a 2021 Ethiopian Cup of Excellence winner Tamiru Tadesse. Only a year into establishing Alo Coffee Export Plc, Tadesse had already managed to foster a commendable reputation among specialty coffee connoisseurs around the world, with a burgeoning client base across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. In 2021 Tamiru won 1st Place at the Ethiopia Cup of Excellence & advanced closer toward his goal of bringing greater recognition and rewards to Sidama Bensa coffee farmers, whose hard work and dedication make top-quality coffees possible.

Instructions

8 oz: Makes approximately 25 cups of coffee
12 oz: Makes approximately 35-40 cups of coffee
16 oz: Makes approximately 50 cups of coffee

BREWING TIP: Use cold, filtered water and a clean machine.

GRIND only as much as you need for one cup or one pot of coffee.

CHOOSE the correct grind. Fine for espresso, medium for automatic drip, and coarse for French Press.

MEASURE ground coffee to taste. Start with two level tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of cold filtered or bottled water.

STORE in an airtight container to protect the flavor and aroma and ensure rich, fresh-tasting coffee. Do not freeze or refrigerate.

Great tasting coffee!

My husband and I are enjoying our Moii Coffee~Ethiopian Sidamo Light Roast! It is our first purchase… he loves it in our coffee maker, we’ ve tried it in our French press, and also embraced it in our pour over…. My goodness…. I think I like it more in the pour over! It is light and delicious! I drink it with creamer and he drinks it black. A great taste! Thank you for bringing this into our home!
