Risk Wearing Out

Every time I feel like I'm overworking myself, I remember a quote by Theodore Roosevelt that says, "For us in the life of action, of strenuous performance of duty; let us live in the harness, striving mightily; let us rather run the risk of wearing out than rusting out." We need to find our limits, and the only way to do so is to push ourselves to the limit in everything we do. We frequently discover that we are capable of much more than we believe. Personally, I would not want to go through life wondering if I could have worked harder or done more.
